The worst move-in experience I have ever had!
I was moving from out of state, so I was relying on the management team to have my apartment properly ready for me. They did not. Instead, they handed the apartment to me in absolutely unacceptable condition!
Both bathrooms were completely disgusting and reeked of urine, with obvious visible stainage on the floor and baseboards. The hall bathroom was especially gross. The toilet was repulsive and had a beard; and the inside of the tank was… completely covered in black mold.
There are visible black mold stains all over the ceiling that they still have not addressed. It is clear that they just tried to paint over them, but the spots show through anyway.
The entire kitchen smelled moldy, and when I moved the fridge, washer, and dryer, the floor and baseboards were covered in black mold. I made management aware of the situation, but they never sent anyone to address it. Instead, I had to clean it myself.
The kitchen sink doesn't work properly.
The doors (including the front door) were filthy, as were the baseboards throughout the unit; including showing spots of black mold. Again, had to clean them myself.
I even had to perform basic cleaning of the unit upon moving in.
The outside patio and windows being filthy and covered in spider webs. Even my front door had spider webs all around it (on the outside and inside!).
Metal shelving in the kitchen was covered in rust and dripping nasty, along with the vent in the kitchen.
These are called Luxury Apartments; that means they should be clean! I was handed a filthy apartment.
These are all issues which should have been taken care of prior to me moving in.
Calling this place a luxury apartment is like calling a shabby motel off the highway a four star hotel.
I asked the management if they have ever cleaned the vents, air ducts and returns, and they said no. You're supposed to clean those every 2-4 years!

The bottom line is simple: these people need to up their standards and do a better job of running this place!

Plus, the wifi here is very slow; so if you work from home this might not be a good option for you.
