Bad management and property
They never fix stuff, dogs bark , smells like weed, no parking, balconies have trash and stuff not allowed on them-

Pothead central
Run away, place reeks of pot. Every time I come home and open my door the pungent pot smell hits you in the face. I’m a nurse, I have to keep my scrubs in the dryer so they don’t stink when I go to work. And it’s embarrassing to have people over. I don’t know how much longer I can stay here. It’s only been 2 months and I’m already looking into breaking my lease.

Overall not bad!
My apartment was really nice and clean, and they fixed any issues with the apartment itself, however the property manager was MIA several times and was impossible to get a hold of. There was no office which made it a little trickier. Once you did get a hold of him, the communication was great. There is very limited parking and no security cameras.
