The property management team is so lovely and friendly. Maintenance tickets are serviced promptly and with a smile. During summer, the pool is nice, and there is also on-site laundry and rental washer/dryer availability. Location is #1 for me, with quick access to major highways. A local gas station is less than a minute away, and Walmart is about 6 minutes away. The convenience and short travel times are a big plus.
The one thing that isn't great is the cost of rent, which I feel can be a... little pricey, but it does depend on the length of the lease agreement: pleasant neighbors and a very safe, quiet neighborhood. The school district is Republic R-III, and the schools are all great!!

Been here for several years. Always been happy. The maintenance is quick to act and office staff is great to work with. Only concern has been there are sometimes inconsiderate people that block the disabled ramps to move or park in the spots without a license
