I've had a repair request to fix the lock on my door since the walk through before I moved in 11/2025. Here is is 02/2026, I've submitted a total of 4 repair request and it has still not been resolved. When I call the office only to get an answering machine. I have left several messages and have received no for of communication from ANY 15seventy staff. I highly advise to look elsewhere for residency

Terrible Maintenance
Took 38 days for request to be complete. Calls were not returned. Maintenance team rarely available to answer the phone. Only acted once i brought up rent credit and lawyers.
I was also told i was going to be given a new washer, but I was given an old refurbished washer that looks like it had been sitting around for over a year. I had to clean it before washing. Wouldn't be shocked if this one breaks and it’s another month+ of no laundry.

Staff Unresponsive and LIARS
Keep your employees from blatantly lying and making promises you can’t keep. You’re not politicians, you work for the tenants. Getting anything maintenance related done is like asking toddlers to build a three story luxury house. They don’t take young people seriously unless you get lawyers and big names involved.

Office and Maintenance are Atrocious
If you ever have any sort of issue it will take an insane amount of time for repair or replacement to take place. For example, my AC went out during the hottest days of summer. I submitted an escalated ticket via their website as I am supposed to. It took three days of calling to even get the crew to come take a look. It needed to be replaced it was determined. That's fine. A short resolution was provided, a window unit in the bedroom. That's fine. However, it has now been a month without a... replacement. Deadlines constantly missed. Being told you will get a callback with an update happened once. I am never one write a review but this has gone too far and it is extremely frustrating. I hope this in the end saves someone the headache.

Deception
Advertising is deceptive. My grandson rented a one bedroom. He traveled from Florida to Chesterfield MO, yesterday and checked into is one bedroom apart that was totally unlike the apartments shown in their advertising. Appliances old, carpeting throughout apartment, no wood tile, no marble counter tops..Old fashion...not modern without and disclosure from management. We trusted their website presentation...DON"T MAKE THAT MISTAKE.
