I love It!

The landlord is an absolute angel, and really made the experience living here great. I lived here all 4 years of college and walked to class almost everyday. I never felt unsafe here and I truly can't say anything bad.

Safety

The workers are unfriendly and there is no safety they can get into your apartment any time they want without your permission.

I loved Ashwood Apt!

The location is perfect. It’s very close to Mizzou’s campus. The apartment is spacious and clean. Shelley and the team are awesome!

Spacious and affordable apartments close to MU!

You won’t find many other apartments that are as close to Mizzou’s campus as well as affordable and updated as Ashwood apartments. I lived here for 1 year and absolutely loved it. It’s a surprisingly quiet complex located within walking distance to Mizzou’s main campus area. The pool is large and much less crowded compared to other student apartments. Our apartment came with updated carpets, paint, and stove/oven. We never even had to contact Bob, the maintenance man, about an issue inside the… apartment because there were none! The team (Shelley and Bob) are extremely kind and accommodating. I much prefer a more personal apartment staff, and I never got the same compassion when living at other student apartments. Overall, I really enjoyed living here. I am sad to leave!

I loved living here!

I loved living at Ashwood! The only thing I regret is not moving here sooner! Shelley and her team are amazing and always made me feel at home, even before I moved into Ashwood! Everyone is so nice and it is a great place to be!
