Management keep making changes to how we pay rent making rent more expensive at random times and giving all apartments cheap management specials.

Overall, it’s a good place to live. It’s not overly noisy, the office staff does a great job, and we’re always notified when there will be any kind of maintenance in the building. The gym is small, and it would be nice to have 8-lb dumbbells as well.

By far the best place I have ever lived. The leasing office is patient, kind, and flexible. The maintenance staff is responsive and non-invasive when making repairs. The property as a whole is a well-oiled machine and beautifully maintained. I have no complaints

Our experience as residents has been very good! We have a good amount of space on the balcony, and the maintenance and office staff are always available when we need them. The gym is small, but it’s possible to work out with good quality.

Good location. Easy walk to mall and Walmart. Apartments do need better insulation against winter winds. Plenty of parking spaces. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
