Shuttle is overcrowded and poorly managed

The shuttle situation is easily one of the worst parts about living at The Lyfe. There are only around 20 actual seats, yet they routinely pack additional people on and have them stand while the shuttle is moving. Even with grab bars, having that many people standing in a small shuttle feels unsafe, especially with sudden stops or turns.

For a student apartment complex that advertises transportation to campus as an amenity, the shuttle should actually have enough capacity for the residents who… rely on it. Either add another shuttle during busy times or use a larger vehicle. Residents should not have to choose between being late to class and cramming into an overcrowded shuttle.

I LOVE THE LYFE

I have lived at The Lyfe for a year now and have loved it. The staff is respectful, the amenities are great, and their resident events are fun! Maintenance is also pretty on top of things and if you have an issue it will be resolved

Good Place for Students

The lyfe is a reliable and affordable apartment which is great for students. The amenities are great, with a shuttle to campus as well as a gym with full equipment. Management was also always handing out free fast food during the week which was great. Only complaint is that management can be slow but they eventually resolve issues. Also note that the walls can be thin which can require patience when neighbors are being loud. Also some appliances/furniture were a bit outdated but worked… completely fine. Overall, considering the price, location, and amenities I would totally recommend the Lyfe to any students looking for housing.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY

The Lyfe is great! They help with everything and are very understanding! I love how much they give away free food and have fun activities! Great place to live!
