Wellington Manor

I lived here for three years, and would have stayed if work hadn't take me elsewhere. The units are a great size for the price and are incredibly well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable (not always easy to find in a college town like Columbia). These units are also very close to both Interstate 70 and Highway 63, making it easy to get anywhere you possibly need to go. It is also very close to Broadway Bluffs, making it easy to shop and get anything you need. Most importantly,... however, was the management company and staff. The grounds are incredibly well kept. I almost never needed anything done to the unit, but when I did they were prompt and got it taken care of quickly. It is unquestionably the best renting experience I've ever had. I’ve lived in one of the eight-plex units for almost two years. The neighborhood and neighbors have been quiet, and the location is very convenient from a driving perspective. I also had almost zero need for maintenance requests because the units are high quality with good upkeep. The property manager, Shirley, is also friendly and easy to work with! The only reason I’m not staying more than two years is because I’m moving in with someone who owns pets; this is a pet-free property, which... honestly helps maintain cleanliness and low noise levels. The only minor conveniences I wish existed here are a walkable way to access the nearby Hominy Creek Trail (probably a long shot) and an online payment system for rent. We lived at Wellington Manor for 3 years and could not have asked for a better experience. Since the first inquiry in 2023, Shirley and her staff were wonderful to work with, and made the entire leasing process super easy. Living there was great. This apartment complex is located in a great, quiet area and was a wonderful place to live. The landscaping was always well-maintained, and snow removal was handled quickly and efficiently. We never had any issues during our time there. When our water heater went out, maintenance responded right away and replaced it promptly.
