Pinecrest Apartments

My small family has lived here for over 2 years now, being the first tenants in our apartment since construction completed. We absolutely love our place! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large washer and dryer room and walk in closet in the main bedroom/bath! The staff is very courteous and quick to respond to the minimal maintenance items we've need addressed, and even knows us all by name when we see them! We are so happy that we are conveniently located next to 7 supermarkets… including Schnucks, Shop N' Save, Walmart and Dierbergs. It makes it super easy to run out for something quick. We're also closely located to a gas stations, both CVS and Walgreens, as well as several restaurants and a movie theater! I was a resident at Pinecrest for 1 1/2 years. What I can say is that the apartment itself was excellent (very spacious and new), and that the staff was amazing. They were always available day and night, and extremely responsive to any need I had. If I ever look again for an apartment, they will be my first call!

The management is TERRIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time here you will be highly disappointed. They used the cheapest building materials, you can hear your neighbors have conversations due to their lack of insulation between walls. There is absolutely no privacy here. I would advise you to stay away from Pinecrest, you will have nothing but unpleasant experiences and the management (Laura) is very rude and unprofessional.

Pinecrest Apartments is a great place to stay! The apartments are very nice and have plenty of space! The facility is getting nicer by the day with the updates and finishing of construction, a nice pavilion area and playground is great for kids to play and for anyone to relax outside. The Management Team is fantastic and truly care about your well-being. My Fiance and I did not have any major issues with the apartment, we did have to call to make a small repair and within minutes they were there… to fix it! Neighbors were nice and kept to themselves, never having any issues. A big factor for our apartment of choice was safety, the O'fallon & St. Charles County Police will drive through quite often just to patrol the area and make sure everything is safe, we never once saw the police come for a complaint. Plenty of parking, unlike many other apartments in the area. For the price you cannot beat Pinecrest Apartments. Great Place! We really enjoyed our stay here!
