Park Place Apartments

Very poorly taken care of apartments the property manager will not fix things properly she always tries to do things cheap as possible even if that means “fixing” things that leave the tenants at risk. Mold is almost certainly in most apartments from what I’ve been told and personally there was mold in my apartment that she refused to do anything about except paint over it. She kept telling a contractor to hook up a faulty oven until finally he threatened to leave the job site and she could find… someone else to do the job because he wasn’t hooking up the fire hazard in my apartment like she kept demanding. Thank God for that guy!
She has made tons of excuses as to why I still do not have my deposit two months after moving after lying to me saying she put it in the mail to oh I can come get it in person because she did not mail it out to she has no idea about it she’ll have to call the owner and figure out where it could be.
Also if you’re looking to rent a place with a pool this place is not it. She’s lied to new tenants for the last few years saying it’ll be opened but she has no intentions of opening it. She told me she building more apartments so it will never be opened. Could be more of her lies ??????? rent at your own risk. I would suggest finding a better place to rent. Read More
