Prompt response for maintenance

Jason and Levi were kind and patient and provided excellent service even when I wasn’t home and didn’t mind the alarm system going off on them because I wasn’t fast enough to respond to the alarm being triggered. They made the repairs quickly and left the area clean. The community here at the Avery offers great amenities and it is quiet at night so I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe place to live.

Maintenance Worked Kindly and Efficient

Levi was wonderful, he came in, was super nice and diagnosed the problem as well as found one we were not aware of and he had the garbage disposal replaced and sink repaired quickly.

Great Maintanence Work

Our fridge had issues, and the maintanence team members, Levi and Colby, made it a priority to install a new fridge for us in a timely manner. The staff at the Avery apartments are kind, professional, and knowledgable. Thank you for your time and labor!
