Great place to live

What a wonderful place to live in a wonderful location. We have stayed here almost four years and we have had a very good experience with our apartment and maintenance during that time. We are gearing up to purchase a home but this will surely be among the best places we have lived. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family during our stay.

Great Community ... Amazing Amenities ... Wonderful Managemet!

We have lived at the Avery Apartments for over a year now and love it! Monthly community events, amazing amenities and great management. Highly recommend!

best apartments I’ve ever lived in

They’ve got a bunch of great amenities. Two great pools gyms, dog spa dog park great maintenance people very easy to get a hold of for stuff. Love this place

Best Place to Live!

We moved here from FL 10 mo ago. Lived in several complexes before & this is by far the BEST! Super friendly neighbors. Maintenance Staff here is on top of the requests. The Leasing Office Amazing! They had Easter Egg hunt, Decorating Xmas Ornaments, Super Bowl Party! Who wouldn't want to live here????

Perfect for kiddos and feels like a vacation

The pool and playground areas are wonderful especially having grills everywhere and a fire pit. Maintenance has been SUPER quick and everyone is friendly. The only downsides I’ve had so far is maintenance doing work below me pretty late at night once the downstairs neighbors moved out, but nothing big or crazy.
