Maintenance

Our garage door stopped working overnight, and I submitted the work order that morning. It was fairly urgent, because we only have one car, and it was in the ga1rage. That makes it hard to get to work. I called the office later in the day, and the person they had assigned it to had already left for the day. The office staff member who spoke with me evidently called another maintenance worker, and Amos was down shortly and helped me solve my problem. The door has to be replaced, but he manually... lifted it so I could get my car out until it is. Shout out to both Amos and the office worker who called him. Outstanding problem solving!

Overall a great place to live

I've enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. The pools and other amenities are great. The current maintenance team is professional, friendly, and prompt. Which really can make or break an experience. I highly recommend.

Friendly maintenance Amos

Very quick and prompt with fixing our front door concerns. Amos came and was so nice and friendly. He fixed it within 5 minutes. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend.

Great for travel nursing!!!!

The amenities are awesome, very clean, animal friendly! Short term leasing! The staff were very kind and compassionate when my Mom passed away and we had to leave prior to our lease being up! The amenities were great for family visiting with several bbq grills, outdoor seating areas with fire pit, swimming pool that my Grandbaby just absolutely loved!!! Tanning bed!!!! Highly, highly recommend to all my travel nurse friends!!!!

Great place to live

What a wonderful place to live in a wonderful location. We have stayed here almost four years and we have had a very good experience with our apartment and maintenance during that time. We are gearing up to purchase a home but this will surely be among the best places we have lived. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family during our stay.
