We have been pleased with the staff at our Greenway Chase Apartment Complex.
Most everyone is personable, kind and caring.
We are very pleased with Sydne. The issues we have struggled with during our first year of renting here, Sydne has recently begun helping and things are finally beginning to take place. Thank you Sydne. You get an A+.

We are very disappointed with our moving in experience. After seeing the model unit, we were very excited about our new home. When we got… into the one we were actually being moved into, we were very unpleasantly surprised. It is nothing like the model unit…perhaps layout, but nothing else. The apartment was filthy. That was after they said it was going to be “sparkled”. Not only was it filthy, but it smelt of stale cigarette smoke, which immediately gave us all headaches. Unfortunately, we are the only ones who smelled it. Supposedly, none of the managers that entered the apartment could smell the odor, despite our friends and family saying, we smelt of smoke…even when we were not in the apartment… In other words our clothes and belongings smelled of smoke. I will say they did send someone to clean the carpet (after I had already done so twice) but the cleaning did not rid the apartment of the odor.
The new carpet install is on the
calendar now (a year later).
Thank you again Sydne for making sure that happens!
Some of the reasons given for not doing this last year was said it had to be approved through corporate… But unfortunately, whether it’s corporate or the local management … it affects the tenant’s experience. I’m sure that if it had been up to local management, this would’ve been taken care of last year.
My bottom line is we love the people who work at our Greenway Chase apartment complex…even our neighbors. There is just an issue with maintenance and upkeep.

These apartments are well maintained and super duper affordable for the amenities and square footage. Lots of closet space also. Me and my fiancé love it here. Thanks greenway chase!!!!

If you are looking for a well maintained property, minimal maintenance issues and friendly staff, you will like it here. I have been here for a while now and have 0 complaints. Staff is nice and helpful. Thanks greenway!

At move-in, apartment was improperly cleaned despite being told it would be professionally cleaned. Several maintenance issues within the first couple weeks. My roommate moved out early, which they were notified. They threaten to charge me month-to-month after my lease ended until my roommate gave written notice even though I gave them mine. The property manager tried to hold me liable for replacing old hardwood floors for natural cracks in them that existed previously. They’ll use deceptive,… unfair practices to avoid paying you your full security deposit. They get away with it by the poorly defined “beyond normal wear and tear” language, which they will tell you you have to be living there a certain number of years for certain things to be considered normal wear and tear. Withheld nearly $300 from my deposit for cleaning fees despite me having cleaned thoroughly. They claim to get the carpets inspected by a 3rd party provider for every unit at move-out regardless of condition at tenant's expense. This is not explicitly discussed in the lease. I was punished despite leaving the apartment in better condition than what I received it. You're charged monthly pest-control but they don't automatically provide this service every month. No real security, just the maintenance man driving around in his golf cart intermittently. Security cameras only capture parts of the parking. Dog poop everywhere.
