There is mold and peeling paint in my apartment . I make a complaint they said they were going to fix it but never did . They came in and said we’ll get someone to come paint over it. It’s still there. This place is going down .

I like that they exterminate often I been here for almost 5 years no roaches or mice. I ever had any problems with neighbors .Everybody seems very kind and and friendly .I ?? ve when I have packages sent to my apartment is still there.when I have a service request the mattinance be on top of the problem ,

It has gone down over the years. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything. My air hasn't worked correctly the entire time I've been living here for 6 years. I'm not renewing my lease. And I really liked it when I first came here, but now they just let anyone move in.

Great place to live, lots of good restaurants and retail nearby. I've been here for almost nine years. My neighbors are friendly and QUIET! Staff are very friendly. I feel blessed!

The elevator is still down very inconvenient. The front double doors are always jamming and getting off track . One night it opened and closed all night anybody could have just walked in. It’s not as safe as it used to be.
