Couple things could be better but other then that people are very nice sometime the elevators is a problem on thr weekends to much but it’s overall a good place to live and have family

I would like to say that Jo, Tamika, and Karen, go out of their way to make sure everyone is accommodated in whatever they need the hospitality is the best! New Wellington is an amazing place to live. Especially the rent is affordable. I would love to see some new washers and dryers put in place in the laundry facility but other than that overall it’s a pleasure to live at the New Wellington Apartments!

Let me start off by saying Ms Jo is amazing. Very personable and easy to work with; as well as very attentive to her tenants needs & does it in a very timely manner. Secondly the price is very reasonable for said accommodations. I will say some tenants could be a tad bit more mindful of their cleanliness. All in all
This is a good starter/budget friendly place to stay and gain experience and independence. Current residents are very welcoming and have seems to have no problem helping you get... adjusted.
