Chad is the best!!!
Friendly staff and personable apartment manager. Chad, the maintenance tech, makes sure that my maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner. This is the best staff and crew we've had in my 12 years at the complex.

Chad is the only maintenance person I allow in my house. Not only is he amazing at what he does but he is such a nice guy.

Office
If you are looking for an apartment I hands down recommend stopping in and talking with Melinda! Her vibe is amazing she is so welcoming! I wish they had three bedrooms but she pointed me to other places.
