Great Experience!

Had a phenomenal landlord and a great experience minus the fact that we had mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom and they had just covered it with something. That was my only issue. But otherwise a great experience!

I wouldn’t recommend no one here

Maintenance leaving nails in the parking lot. The apartments parking lot lines they’re very uneven somebody hit my car smh. The camera’s doesn’t work (false advertising) no peace and quiet at all people be out late night blasting music. The police doesn’t patrol out here like they should... Weed smell coming through the vents and I have a newborn, dishwasher don’t work half of every apartment sliding screen door off plus trash in the parking lot. I can’t wait until my lease is up I’m out of here

HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX

AC hardly ever works despite all the other small problems. Ive been enduring 90-95 degree heat with a infant under 1 years old for way too long. They could careless about you and have ignorant comments toward you when you call the leasing office.

I was giving a temporary portable AC unit and the lady in the office said "Sorry the AC unit we gave you wasnt good enough for you" when i complained about it being 95 degrees in my apartment for 2 days

I haven’t been out here for a year and this the fourth apartment that caught on fire idk what’s causing the fire but it’s crazy

This property gets an F plus! Management is horrendous. They don’t keep the grounds maintained properly. I live. In my five bedroom unit for one month my family was without AIR in July 2018. No! management did not reimburse me for the three A/C’s that I had to buy. I was very eager for my lease to expire. WARNING!
