Great place to live.

Everything here is how I was told. No surprises. Very clean, no bugs, great parking and lighting. Great customer service. Not a better deal in Kansas City. Close to everything. 5 Stars.

Satisfied tenant

I been living here for 5 years I just upgraded thanks daisy walnut for inviting me into your community I love it here when something is not working I call the office to put in a work order and it don't take long for the maintenance man to respond I don't have bugs I get rid of my trash daily and wash up my dishes my neighbors are very respectful I love daisy walnut team they clean up and pick up trash sweep hallways thanks for keeping the property clean I love you all??

I been living here for 5 years I upgraded I love daisy walnut friendly community I could of lived anywhere I pick daisy that's where I could afford to live and be comfortable I had bugs too but in time they left and stay away I keep my place clean and neat and every time blue beetle come I let them in I am honor to be a resident of daisy walnut apartments helping to keep my community clean I take pride in where I live Thanks Daisy walnut for having me

Stay away I repeat stay away. These places are roach Infested. They will do whatever they have to do to get you in the door. Although the prices are reasonable it’s really not worth it! These roaches are immune to just about everything. Bleach, roach poison, death! These bastards never die and the pest control people they hired are a joke.

We take pride in our apartments and we take pest control very seriously. We are pleased to announce that in January of 2018 we hired Blue Beetle Pest Control to be our pest control provider. Blue Beetle was voted the #1 Pest Control Company in… Kansas City in 2018 2019 and 2020. Each of our apartments are sprayed on a quarterly bases and in the last survey, our residents have been pleased with the results.
