The Fairways at Grand Summit I/II

I’ve been here three years and really sad at how Lindsey doesn’t care what so ever about the upkeep of the grounds! I wish I could post pics here of all of the weeds literally growing everywhere out of the mulch in front of the apartments, poking out out the sidewalks and curbs everywhere and some are taller than me and that is the honest to gods truth! Trash all over the place, people dump furniture and mattresses etc in our parking lots in front of the dumpster areas and it lays there for days… until you finally call and complain about it! Your initial attraction is the fact that the apartments are brand new and or newer. But the management sucks. They give you paperwork or your lease and don’t follow was written on that paperwork or lease. The rent increases every year without any additional benefits. The potholes are crazy and they don’t clear snow in a timely fashion or sometimes even at all. It is a safe environment and Google fiber is free but those are the only positive I can say about this complex. The clubhouse is really not rentable unless you only plan on having a brunch for three people. If you have problems with your neighbors don’t bother calling the office because they will not do anything. I’m excited to be moving away from this place. Read More

Great on the outside, cheap on the inside-thin walls, door are made up of 2 plywoods glued together. Staff/company is money hungry..all nice when the money is in your pocket but once they have it or they have you under that contract? They change their tone!! They will do anything to hold on to your money/deposit...!! Save yourself!!

Do not move here. The office staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, self concerned, only care about money, and will argue with you. Very pleasant experience here. They only help you if it benefits them. I payed extra NOT to live here that's how bad the staff is. You will wish you lived else where later.
