Leasing office disaster
I applied here and was approved for an apartment two months out from my move date. I called the leasing office four days before my move in date as i moved from San Jose California to St. Louis Missouri and was assured my apartment would be ready. This is 30 hour 3-4 day drive. On my move in date the leasing agent Nae screened my phone calls, 15 unanswered called and 5 messages with no answer or call back. At office close on my move in date I get an automated text saying my unit won’t be ready... until the 25th so I booked a hotel right next to the apartment. I called 15 more times and the agent dodged me. The next morning I get a text that my move in date was suspended indefinitely. So I drove past the complex and the building I’m supposed to move into is torn up, under construction and 6 months to a year from being able to be occupied. This place is farming information and taking apps/security deposit but there aren’t any units available. Even if you move in here the staff is astoundingly rude and incompetent, good luck with a maintenance call.
