Lakewood Apartments

We lived here for 2 years and so happy we left. Kids knock on your door and run all the time, our vehicles were scratched and bumped into multiple times from the neighbors who can’t drive, the neighbors are very loud. You can hear dogs barking, people arguing, and stomps up and down the stairs every day. Cars drive by blasting music all the time, maintenance couldn’t fix out AC and left an electrical cord running through the place and nailed it to the wall and never properly fixed it. There was… a woman who would knock on our door all the time asking for sodas and snacks, we asked her to stop many times and she just wouldn’t. Management didn’t even acknowledge the complaints. And the nosey neighbors are out of control. It was so annoying to come home from work and have neighbors yelling from their balconies trying to talk about what everyone else is doing. Who cares. Our apartment is a two good sized two bed room home with large walk in closet and a standard closet the length of a wall. We have a open floor plan in the living room, kitchen and dinning area. Sliding glass door go out to out patio where we have a settee, a chair, small table flower pots and a largr grill. The kitchen has an island, spacious cabinets, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and disposal in the sink. a laundry room is attached to the kitchen. The living room, dinning area, and… both bedrooms are all carpeted.

We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen living/dining room. It is 1150 square feet. We live on the first floor since we are somewhat disabled. There is a laundry room. We own our own washer and dryer, but you can rent them if you don't have them. The water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. You have to take your trash to a dumpster located at the entrance to the complex.

Great apartments! 930 Sq. Feet for 2 bedroom /2 bathroom and for a reasonable price. I honestly could not find another apartment complex that could match or beat Lakewood Apartments. Leasing office looks phenomenal and the management staff is very friendly.
