Office staff writes fake reviews about themselves. If U write a negative post, they will report you to get it removed. They don't enjoy freedom of speech.

A statement indicating that the credit reporting agency didn't make the decision to deny their application and cannot provide specific reasons for the denial.
Information on the applicant's right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in the report.
Once they get your application, they do not notify you if it's rejected. They... give you the run around. Poor service.

Madison was my friend tour guide for today she was so sweet and understanding, but not only her the whole staff on shift made the whole process welcoming. I wasn’t even coming for an apartment and they made sure I was in the conversation too nobody was rude it was a pure act of service that wasn’t being rushed. If I had the money to move in I would due to how the staff carry themselves and the complex. Let’s not disregard the upkeep either it’s beautiful and worth the pay.
