Office staff writes fake reviews about themselves. If U write a negative post, they will report you to get it removed. They don't enjoy freedom of speech.

Don't do what they are supposed to
A notice of the adverse action (in this case, the denial). The name, address, and phone number of the credit reporting agency that supplied the report. A statement indicating that the credit reporting agency didn't make the decision to deny their application and cannot provide specific reasons for the denial. Information on the applicant's right to dispute the accuracy or completeness of any information in the report.
Once they get your application, they do not notify you if it's rejected. They... give you the run around. Poor service.
