I asked for a tour through this website. After several tries, They sent an automated response to schedule the tour through their 3rd party website. I also got text messages encouraging me to schedule that way. So, I scheduled. I confirmed the day before and the day of, all through their automated texts and emails. I showed up on time for the tour and was met by nobody. I called the office. Nobody was available to answer. I checked the apartment. Locked and nobody outside. I walked around the... whole property. Nobody except residents and a work truck from the property manager. I asked the driver (not here for a tour of course.) I tried calling several more times and left a voicemail but got nothing. I am shocked and outraged that I wasted my time on this property. After 25 minutes I left. As I was driving away I got another text saying, Thank you for touring XYZ property. My move-in went well, and I had no trouble adjusting thanks to the management. The complex appears to be well-maintained, and there is a genuine sense of concern for the residents. I've already told a few friends about this place.

I’ve been here for 6 months, and I love it. The apartment layout is spacious, and the rent is reasonable for what you get. Maintenance is always on top of things, and the community itself is quiet and clean.

Oxford is a good place to rent. The location is excellent, particularly considering the cost in relation to nearby establishments. The property had a poor reputation under the previous manager, but things have greatly improved since then as they've addressed the problems. This winter, my lease expires, and I intend to renew.
