I just moved in and I like my new apt! Jessica and the staff are very friendly,professional and helpful they worked fast throughout the approval process. I am pleased if your looking for a new apt give them a call.

Before I moved here I read the reviews and thought is this place really that bad, but then I said to myself should I trust the opinions of other people and I didn't and I am SO GLAD. I love my apartment. It's very nice, yea I have some roaches but they do have a guy that does regular sprayings. And as for the office the girls that work there are GREAT. They are very nice and pleasent to talk too. And did I mention how GREAT they are. When I do have an issue they get right on it. Josh is great,… If I see him and tell him my issue he jumps on it, and he is a very nice guy too. ( and I find it hard that they are doing this JUST for me ) I'm sure that they are doing this for everyone else. This place is the worst! Lived here for a year and so many issues, first day of moving in there were roaches everywhere. Black mold on our bathroom ceiling which they only covered with a panel. Maintenance came in after only 1 knock and were very rude. Whenever we left we gave them 30 days notice and paid the last months rent, after we moved we get a collection agency paper saying we owed the apartment over $1,200 saying we didn’t pay rent. Whole place is a disgrace. Please don’t move here
