Love my apartment!

I love my apartment! It’s spacious with plenty of closets. The covered patio is a great size. The Courtyards at Cherry Creek is a quiet community conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The premier apartments in Jefferson City Missouri!

We love living at The Courtyards at Cherry Creek! We moved here in June of 2022 from the state of California and rented our apartment completely unseen. As we got here we have been so grateful to live in a quiet, secluded, safe and beautiful neighborhood. The staff and associates are hard workers keeping the property, parking lots, trash dumpster, clubhouse, pool and workout room cleaned, picked up and in proper working order at all times. They are the premier apartments in Jefferson City… Missouri!

Quiet and beautiful

Have lived here since December of 2023. During the summer, the grounds are kept neat and tidy, and during the winter, management utilizes snow plows and bobcats to push and remove snow. If you need anything fixed or replaced, it's as easy as submitting a request and it gets tracked and taken care of. Great quiet place to live with access to a 24 hour gym and a well maintained pool in the summer.

Great place to live!

I’ve recently moved to Cherry Creek and so far it has exceeded my expectations. The staff and maintenance are very attentive and made sure all my needs/requests have been met. The manager, Jennifer, is the absolute best! The properties are very nice and come with great amenities. Overall, it’s a great place to live! Family and pet friendly too!

Safe, quiet, and welcoming!

I’ve lived at The Courtyards at Cherry Creek for about a year and a half now and I love it here. Management and maintenance are always quick and responsive, neighbors are polite and quiet, and the amenities are awesome. Seriously the best apartments/townhomes in Jefferson City, Missouri!
