In many southern Midwest neighborhoods, including ours, you will often see couples strolling, children riding bikes, people jogging and owners walking their dogs. You will feel instantly at home. Joplin is a national transportation crossroads so in virtually every neighborhood there is occasional railroad noise. Comes with the territory! That said, Joplin is easy to navigate, essentially without traffic congestion. Everything you need, it seems, is less than 10 minutes away. We have nearly every national food and shopping chain represented including a Sam's Club and Aldi.

We have the most amazing guests and neighbors. Joplin has a city ordinance that prohibits rental parties and events to preserve the residential character of its neighborhoods. Please keep your volume very low inside and out from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. We want to keep you all happy!

And please help us keep our deposit affordable! Simply, keep ahead with your own weekly cleaning. Give immediate attention to any spills on furniture or bedding, please. To assist, arrangements will be made as well for a twice-monthly reliable cleaning service to keep your life running smoothly.

PETS
Since they are sometimes better behaved than us humans, we are trialing the inclusion of small dogs on a case by case basis. If we agree on terms, please bring bedding as they are not allowed on furniture or beds unless being held. They must be attended at all times, but may stay for short periods in the garage, on the patio or in our fenced outdoor back yard, ideal for romping. Please clean pet messes in the yard and neighborhood.
