My experience of 51 Main so far is that it's safe, sturdy, attractive, has lots of space in shelves, lots of amenities, and the new manager, Paige, shows concern. It's in a great part of the city, with a bank, drug store, and a variety of restaurants within a couple of blocks.

The entire staff here does an awesome job in all aspects of managing this property. I placed a service request for two broken hinges on my cabinet doors. They were fixed within 2 hours. Pretty amazing.

I am distressed that nobody ever walks around the halls and the garage, especially on a Monday morning to clean up from weekend events. I was told someone walks the garage 2 times a day but I am in and out a lot and never see anyone. I hate that I am being told something that is clearly not true.
