Very average

I'll start by saying that this apartment has been alright to live in, as we did resign our lease, but I just wanted to give future renters a few heads up. 1) the location is GREAT for walking, so many bars and restaurants around, but this comes with a catch. Parking...when we signed our lease we were not aware that their is a waitlist for parking and each UNIT only gets one spot, so keep that in mind. 2) MULTIPLE items have been broken at this complex, in our 14 months of living here. This... ranges from the community dryers (two per floor, one has been broken over a month), to the elevator (broken twice, for multiple day spans), to the TVs in the workout room. 3) Package delivers are a bit of a pain here, if the leasing manager isn't there (her schedule varies day by day) then a few delivery companies will not delivery. This is a bit of a pain on weekends and evenings for deliveries. 4) the views, they are GREAT! This has been one of my favorite parts of living here.
