Happy Resident My experience with 97 North Oak has been nothing but pleasurable. From the first viewing of a model apartment to their willingness to assist me when I was indecisive about where to stay and what was available here. The application process was a breeze; the customer service from Wes and the Maintenance Crew was simply amazing. They are very welcoming! I am loving my new place of peace. The pool is amazing; I'm absolutely in love with my balcony, and the neighbors I've run into… are very nice. 97 North Oak is a Great Place to create your own peaceful pavilion. And a gym close enough to make you feel bad for not utilizing it enough will make you get fit one day. lol

Great Staff and Responsive Maintenance I’ve lived here for three years and have had a very positive experience. It’s a quiet community, and the office staff is always friendly, helpful, and good about keeping residents informed through useful email updates and occasional community events. What has impressed me most, though, is the maintenance team—I’ve rarely needed repairs, but whenever I have, they’ve been extremely responsive and have usually taken care of the issue the same day. Overall, the… staff does a great job making this a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Maintenance Great My AC went out during this heatwave around 8 pm on a Sunday. Mikey was here in 15 minutes and had it repaired in about the same amount of time. Kelce and I really appreciated it.

Great place to live!! I have been pleased with all aspects of living at 97 North Oak apartments.

Office staff is responsive, friendly, fair, and accurate.

Maintenance staff has done a fantastic job of responding to the very few, and minor, maintainable issues. They are also friendly.

The whole crew at 97 North Oak cares about the property and those living there.
