Why am I filling this out? Why am I filling this out? Last time I did no one reached out or fixed the complaint I had.

This complex truly does not care about their actual tenants or enforcing rules. I can’t wait to move out.

House keeping & Gym Housekeeping should be improved, and the garbage/waste system needs to be repaired. Not all the equipment in the gym is functioning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We do have a cleaning vendor onsite weekly, and we’ve recently spoken with them to make sure our common areas are being cleaned to our standards, so we hope you’ve already noticed some improvement!

We also… recently had our quarterly fitness equipment inspection completed by our vendor, and everything was functional at that time. We’ll take another look, though, to make sure everything is still working as it should!

Great Place To Live Entire staff is friendly, helpful with exceptional customer service. The major factor is my Service Dog, Sam loves them. If there are any issue that need to be fixed or complaints they are immediatley conscerned and react quickly..

Water damage We had AC fixed and then water leaked all over patio and inside living room damaging rug which had to be thrown. Had to dry floor and sofa. This is second time we had damaged property, we had to throw out patio furniture previously after damage from apartment maintenance hosing down from above and muddy water went everywhere.
