Ants The whole place is infested by ants and what looks like termites. I am being bitten all the time and so are my children. It is crazy to be charging so much in rent and expect your residents to live with pest infestations. I have had to throw away so much food and I’m a single mom who cannot afford to just throw away food everyday because of pests.

Maintenance Wow! So fast! I submitted on a Sunday pm and by mid morning Monday it was all complete. I sincerely appreciate living here. Just an all around 10/10 no notes. Cheers!

Move In My move-in experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish! The entire process was thorough yet surprisingly quick — not time-consuming at all. Sierra, Brody, and Ashley were all extremely personable and friendly, making the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. A special shoutout to Joshua, who provided a wonderful tour of the apartment — a true gentleman who made sure everything was covered. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend this community to... anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant move-in experience!

Professional and relatable presentation of a beautiful apartment & property. The property is wonderful! Brody presented the available unit professionally, but in a welcoming, relaxed manor. This is the first time for renting an apartment, and he was very patient in explaining details on amenities, costs & the application process.

Maintenance Staff is excellent Maintenance staff that has been helping with maintenance requests has been friendly and extremely helpful. I work from home which makes maintenance difficult but he is always very considerate and super efficient while working.
