DO NOT MOVE HERE
Do NOT move here under any circumstances. This has been the worst renting experience I have ever had.
I gave verbal notice to management at the end of February that I would be moving out and followed up with an email on March 2nd as instructed. I heard absolutely nothing back about any issue with my notice until NINE DAYS before my move-out date, when they suddenly informed me I would owe an additional full month of rent. By that point I had already signed a lease elsewhere and scheduled my... move, forcing me to pay for two apartments at the same time because of management’s complete lack of communication and negligence.
Maintenance was equally unacceptable. I reported a broken cabinet in December. One maintenance worker came to look at it and did nothing. Months later another maintenance worker came, looked at it again, and also did nothing. The cabinet remained broken from December all the way through April. That pretty much sums up how this property is run: they acknowledge problems, then never actually fix them.
Security in this building is basically nonexistent. Packages were constantly being stolen, and when I asked management to review the cameras, I was told it “would take a long time,” so they simply refused to help. Homeless individuals were regularly getting into the building, sleeping in common areas and outside entrances, and there were repeated break-ins in the parking garage. Residents clearly were not a priority.
The management company is disorganized, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for anything. Between the hidden lease issues, ignored maintenance requests, stolen packages, and unsafe environment, living here became unbelievably stressful.
Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration and rent literally anywhere else.

Hi Hannah, thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with the previous management regarding your notice to vacate was frustrating; we strive to provide a much higher level of communication and care.
While we... must adhere to the terms of the signed lease agreement as a standard practice for all residents, we never want a tenant to feel unheard. We appreciate your residency and wish you the best in your new home. If there is anything further you'd like to discuss regarding the transition, please feel free to reach out to the office directly.
