Well-Managed Property Situated Between Downtown and Crossroads

We have been living in the Campbell building for a year and have really loved every moment. In addition to the wonderfully unique, loft space we call home, we are a short minute walk to all of the excitement downtown and the Crossroads has to offer. Campbell's online bill-pay and maintenance request system makes for quick and painless service. For a leasing company as large as KC Loft Central, we have never felt lost in the shuffle between Campbell and the neighboring, larger EBT building.... Leasing agents are simply a phone call or email away without any difficulty reaching someone for questions. We recently experienced a flash-flood downtown from the immense amount of rain, which caused some minor water damage to the entry way. However, an hour after the flooding had dissipated, Campbell's emergency maintenance was on-site with large fans and a cleaning crew tending to both Campbell and EBT buildings. Overall, we have been remarkably pleased with living at Campbell and feel lucky to have another year secured in this space.
