Don’t be fooled by community area pictures. It’s not worth the headache. This place is a dump. Broken elevators, dirty hallways. Building is not secure nor does it have security. Somehow, the homeless get in and camp out in the community areas and staircases. Secured parking is not worth the $100 a month. There have been constant vehicle thefts and break in’s in the secured parking garage. The management is poor at communicating or responding to emails. Starting off I was extremely excited to be here. I moved here to be closer to friends and enjoy the easy life. What a mistake this was! If you’re looking for an apartment that has a horrible reputation and does not care about your safety then this is the place for you! Your SAFETY is not a concern of the management company. It’s almost a daily occurrence that a non resident is smashing car windows, roaming the halls, sleeping on the furniture, or stealing packages. They have now taken stair... access away from residence as a “safety measure”. Seriously gets worst daily. The dog park is always dirty and smelly, The elevator floors are disgusting. People have caught different things from the pool and hot tub not being cared for properly. The water run off of the building doesn’t exist. The roof tops are always flooding, the dog park floods, and the landscaping is horrible. When you open a ticket with issues the close them and they CLEARLY are not fixed.
