Happy with apartment. I dislike how thin the walls and floors are, I can hear my neighbor below me snoring that's how thin they are. I run a fan 24/7 to block out noise. In conjunction, I hate the guilt I feel just walking around my own apartment because the floors creek everywhere you walk and I know can be heard below.

So happy with the washer and dryer replacements, my clothes don't smell burnt when they come out of the dryer anymore. However, others don't treat the facilities nicely and... aren't considerate of others. Will leave the place a mess or leave their clothes for days down there.

Dogs - handful of people don't clean up after their dogs. I've stepped in dog waste at one point. In addition, there are people that leave the gate open (I'm pretty sure out of spite) on the side without a dog waste basket and it's super infuriating to constantly have to walk over to close it.

The location is convenient—close to public transportation, grocery stores, and... a few local cafés. Noise levels are relatively low, and neighbors are polite. There are no luxury finishes, but everything works as expected. It’s not fancy, but it’s dependable and reasonably priced for the area. Perfect for students, young professionals, or anyone looking for a no-frills, solid apartment in a decent neighborhood. Overall, a good value for what you get.
