No communication EVER

This building is awful. They don’t care about their residents, especially those with disabilities.
Let both elevators become non-functional, thus trapping people inside the 17-story building, and did NOT communicate the estimated time for any maintenance to come.
However, when THEY want to barge into your unit for some bare-minimum maintenance? They’ll give you 12 hours notice TOPS.
Oh and if you move here - have fun with the fire alarm going off every other week because someone’s smoking… weed in the stairwells or some homeless person is messing around with the wires in the hallway.

Hard To Get A Reply!

Didn't end up applying for a unit because of the lack of communication from the leasing department. Two emails went unanswered, eventually I had to call to ask one question. The lady on the phone didn't know the answer and took my information to contact me back with the answer. I still haven't heard back. Overall the building looks like it's in a good location, but unfortunately that is all I will ever know about it.

I'm very upset

I had an appointment to see an apartment today at 4:30 that I made A WEEK AGO! I had to take time out of my schedule and leave work early to go to this appointment and nobody is there. How nice, thanks for making a potential renter feel like you care. I'm only off on the weekends so I can't just run out downtown whenever. This is highly unprofessional and just plain disrespectful. It seems like this complex doesn't really care if it has renters or not. I like the location, and the area to bad… I'll never get to experience it as the managers can't seem to make appointments and keep them.

Building always smells horrible

This building smells like they never take their trash out & random cockroaches will show up at your home. They will "call" the bug spray guys but don't worry those bugs will be back in the next day. Don't let the space fool you and find another place.

Grand boulevard

I have lived at grand boulevard for one year. So far it has been a wonderful experience. I live directly in the middle of downtown and there are so many ups to that. I am located right by the citymarket and almost every concert venue. There are always working people around that makes me feel safe here. There are so many floor plans here that I feel like I cpuld ove every year to a different one and be totally satisfied for a long time to come.
