Dog poop everywhere!

The dog park has been in this state of overflowing dog poop out of the trash can for well over two weeks. It’s a biohazard and the actual dog park is also covered in poop that is not bagged. If you’re looking for a place to live with a good park for your dog, this is not the place!

Will not be renewing

Neighborhood is quiet, apartment is fine but thats about it for the perks. Anticipate an additional $150+ a month in fees and charges like the “valet” trash which you cant opt out of. Maintenance is abysmal Ive lived here 5 months and still have a broken window from the previous tenant, amongst other problems. Nice enough for a short time but wouldn’t recommend it if you have other options.

Do NOT move to this apartments!!

If you thinking about moving here, DONT DO IT, they have the worst and rude customer service I have ever seen. And what’s more frustrating they will charge you extra money for your rent each month the leasing consultant are terrible they won’t explain anything to you or make you understand why geir policy to avoid paying for something you didn’t till the money gone from your account and whenever you go in the office to ask them about they won’t give you an answer. If you don’t believe me you… move your self any find out. And remind you I only been for two months and i regret every second of it and making a decision to move here.

A few weeks ago you had come into the office for further clarification regarding your ledger. After discussing with one of my… leasing agents, I personally sat with you to review your ledger and discuss your concerns. You left giving confirmation that you understood what we discussed and I stated if you have further questions you can come see me directly as I'm happy to help. In late December you reached out to me regarding concerns you had with the leasing staff, I responded and addressed your concerns with my team. We appreciate constructive criticism so we know where we need to improve. Brown Recluse Community

Excellent place to live if you love spending time with brown recluses. They will make you wait months before they send someone to spray. Second year in a row we have had issues.

seems nice

Only moved in recently, staff seems nice enough, but if you want to take a hot bath, I suggest somewhere else as the tubs are to big for the hot water heaters they have you run out of water. Cold baths ARE the new hot bath though, so maybe they're future proofing.
Everything else works fine, dishes come out clean, carpet is nice, lots of space, so overall pretty good so long as you don't mind very quick showers.
