Pay lots of money for a dorm room

These aren’t real apartments when you’re sharing your space with others. Thin walls. Bad flooring. Some units have washer and dryers. Heatless. Neighbors will do their laundry for hours bc of the heatless dryer and you can FEEL and hear them the entire time. The floor shakes. It sounds and feels like a plane is taking off. And unfortunately it’s not done in an hour maybe 4 hours later. So if you feel like taking flight at any and all hours of the day and night go for it! Rent here! They have… been negligent since day one. Maintenance gets things done after one guy gaslights you. Making sure YOU didn’t cause the problem. They leave behind their equipment and mess. I cut myself on a razor blade left behind from either the previous tenant or maintenance. I had to clean out the bathroom due to it not being properly cleaned. Upon move in heat was not working. Didn’t have a dishwasher working and no microwave. Oops. Some units have them and some don’t. Make sure you ask the proper questions. The laundry units installed in a place with paper thin walls and old flooring was a decision owners got away with.

Maintenance is awful

Back hallway looks terrible. Looks like they haven’t cleaned up in years. Maintenance also did not clean our apartment like they said they did prior to us moving in. The carpet was not cleaned, didn’t even replace the dirty window screens, didn’t bother cleaning the windows or sills, light switches have dirt caked on them, bathtub not cleaned, mold smell coming from the carpet etc.

A pleasant surprise

The buildings are older, but the inside of my apartment looks great! I have newer appliances and cabinetry. The carpet is plush and cozy. My bedroom has a sliding glass mirror attached to the closet. I have ample storage room. The air conditioning works great. I always have hot water. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but still so cute! The buildings are secured. And to top it all off, I'm so unbelievably close to everything Westport has to offer! GOTTA LOVE IT

Such a great place to live! Incredible staff, perfect location, and great value for the price! Would recommend living here to anyone that asks.
