Great Improvements in a Cozy Apartment

I've been residing in this apartment for some time, and I must commend the owners for the remarkable improvements they've made recently. These changes have significantly enhanced the overall atmosphere, making it an even more comfortable and pleasant place to live.

Hidden Fees

The pools are down for maintenance almost all the time, it was down for maintenance almost all of summer. Also, read your lease very carefully, security deposits are an issue and it’s a moot point to argue with the leasing office. For what you get at this complex, rents are not appropriate. Better off buying a home.

Out dated and poor management

These apartments would be nice but they are outdated and poorly managed. I have been here through 2 property owners and I believe this is the worse. Office Manager never there or doesn't know what she is doing. She can never answer questions and always making mistakes. Can never talk to the actual property owners or anyone over her. She will tell you she's fixing the problem and don't

Decent, yet quiet

These are great patio apartments. They are somewhat dated but are slowly being updated. The area is extremely quiet. I work nights and unless the grass is being mowed or repairs are being made in the apartment I'm never woken up. I never hear my neighbors talking or their televisions. Maintenance can be slow at responding to issues for to lack of funds by the apartment complex. But all in all I have a place to sleep, eat and it's quiet.
