Hot water does not work properly

I stay here almost 3 years. The place nice. However, in the past 3 months, we have problem about the hot water. Since January 2024, there is barely hot water. It does not reliable. Someday we have hot water, someday we don't. Manager team try to fix but it does not hold.

Now, as march 2024, I do not have hot water for a week. I have to take a bath somewhere else. Manager told us they are seeking for the second opinion and it has been 5 days without any improvement.

The washing machine at the… basement broken. The manager told everyone to go to laundromat instead of finding the replacement or buy the new one. They try to fix the broken and it keeps breaking.

Water leak & Drugs

While living here, we had a water leak above our bed that was addressed poorly. Many of the folks here use various illicit drugs and tobacco that can smelled from the hallway. Whenever it did not smell like tobacco or drugs, it smelled like trash.
