AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Wish I could give zero stars. I had mold in my vent and under my sink, they told me to just put in a work order when I called. They marked the work order complete and never did anything about it. I put in another work order, same deal. And the ROACHES omg. Do not live here.

Absolutely Terrible

If you want to live in a filthy apartment that has a property management team that isn't responsive or helpful, then this is the place for you. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Cheap and Trashy

These apartments are very poorly insulated. You can hear ever single sound from the neighboring units. The floors creak horribly and are poorly maintained. The unit we moved into was not clean, and smelled like cat pee.

Management does not address issues regarding noise/safety.

Do NOT lease here!!!

Since we've moved in January 1st, we have had 4 floods. The most recent flood being yesterday, 7/7/21. I've had numerous pieces of furniture destroyed and our large area rug is stained from rain water. When it floods, the water seeps under the flooring and continuously comes out when we walk on the floors so we have to wear shoes for weeks afterwards.
Also... the ROACHES! We live on the base level unit and have had to have it sprayed twice already. If I could post videos and photos on here I… would because believe me...I have plenty.
