Teal River Apartments

have been living here since April of 2024 and am currently still residing here. What can I say about these apartments? My apartment is so big and spacious. The master is like a suite with 2 double closets. It makes me feel like I have a big fitting room. I have enough room to fit a King and a full sized bed if I wanted to. The second bedroom is also a nice size and has a double closet. This room is the same size as my previous apartments master bedroom! There's a closet in the hallway as well as... a linen closet. I love it here! My kitchen is a small turnaround but I'm good with that. The living and dining area flow into one another.with amn open concept. I have plenty of room for my sectional and a large dining room table. The main bathroom is big with a low step in shower. The bathroom in the main bedroom is a half bath. It's amazing. I have no pest control issues. The way my OCD is set up...I could NEVER! Maintenance is on point. When they come to work on your work order they are pleasant and thoughtful. They will even fix things you didn't report if they have the tools to do it- and they usually do. They usually complete work orders in a timely fashion. If not, just call and remind them and they are sure to get the job done. Management?- Oh yes. I definitely saved the best for last. The staff here is so nice and accommodating. Never made me feel like I was irritating them or not worth their time. I never felt rushed off the phone. They are good at communicating with residents in advance about upcoming events and services. They don't just bust in your apartment whenever they want with no regard for you or your living space. They knock and actually give you time to answer first. Shasta is the property manager and she is nothing short of AH-MAZING! She's one of the few people in this world that actually found the job that God gave them the gifts to handle. She is efficient, honest, compassionate and even a shoulder to cry or lean on. She loves the apartments and the community and it shows. No matter what she's going through she always has time, a smile and a solution for you. I am truly grateful for her. Since being here my rent has gone up a bit but I feel like it's worth it. I absolutely love my apartment and most of my neighbors have been there as long as me or longer. That says a lot itself. Thank you for all you do at Teal River Apartments. It does not go unnoticed. I have been here over 2.5 years and enjoy living here. Since new management Shasta took over things get done. Quite place also to live. Neighbors been good.
