I am very satisfied with Tre Legacy Fountains. The Property Management Office is awesome! I love the commeraty the staff display within the community. The only complaint we have is the maintenance staff not following through with work requests.

Don't waste your time. Not sure whether this leasing office is staffed or even aware they have ads posted on the apartment listing websites indicating they have units available. There is no way to speak to a human in the leasing office or the management company. We attempted to schedule a tour on three separate days -- two Saturdays and a Wednesday. On each day we had tours scheduled, we received texts stating that the leasing agent had "a conflict," and they would contact us again to reschedule... . The first two times this happened (both Saturdays), we accepted the rescheduled tour times. Then on both days, the rescheduled tours also were canceled. Weirdly, we later found that the leasing office hours listed on Google state that the office is closed on Saturdays; however, all of the apartment listing websites (e.g., Apartments.com, etc.) indicate that this leasing office has Saturday hours. Makes absolutely no sense. So, we scheduled again for a Wednesday afternoon, took off work to make the 2-hour drive from Columbia, and the tour again was canceled due to "a conflict." This time, we won't reschedule.

Work orders never get answered or completed.
Grounds upkeep is terrible.
Paper thin walls.
Shoddy work by hired contractors i.e. painting and installations of flooring, plumbing, cabinets etc.
Questions and concerns fall on deafs of owners/management.
