Property not kept Love my apartment but unfortunately the complex appears to be going down and is an eyesore when driving by. So needless to say, it’s upsetting!

Future renter

I am currently looking to move to the three Fountain apartments.this would be my first apartment ever so I was a bit nervous but I called and got connected with Crystal, we set up a tour and honestly she’s the best it was the best tour I have ever had, she was very helpful and also answered every question that I had the apartment was nice as well Crystal your the absolute best

Fair and Professional Follow-Through I've lived at Three Fountains over 4 years. This past year especially has been the most frustrating. I've attempted for the past 4-5 months to resolve an error that incorrectly charged me for a policy requirement that I did have. Numerous attempt have been made through office and management company to resolve and reimburse me. To date nothing has been done to reimburse those deductions that were included in my rent. The deductions however were stopped. ... If it had been my non-compliance I would have been given notice immediately.

Other issues I can work with but this one is unacceptable.

Lease Renewal Lease renewal went relatively smooth. I’m really surprised that during the process there was no incentive to renew the lease: no carpet cleaning, no appliance upgrade, no other types of upgrades.
