I am not a big talker, but I will speak up about this community and their employees. Nothing but outstanding and serious forethought with these woman! I lived here and just recently moved out. I was so taken care of here! I actually can say I loved the experience! I'm a pretty quiet person and lived in other places in the city and never got that quiet that I needed. These apartments changed the way I see the city! It made the adjustment from living in the country to the city so much easier for me! Not being used to the bustle of the city, so my Roanoke was my safe, quiet place at the end of the day. This is by far the best community I ever lived in. The townhomes are fantastic and the staff is responsive to anything we need! I called in a work order and the next thing I know Rachel and Miranda were at my door within minutes to assess the problem! I have never experienced that before in a community. Normally you're lucky to get your work orders done in a timely fashion but here, YOU DON'T. They have an incredible maintenance man who puts the others I've seen to shame! On time every time,… fixes it correctly the first time, so nice not to have to call in the same issue over and over! I can't say enough about this place. We are so pleased with this community! We came and toured a few months ago! There was nothing in our timeframe but man I wish there was!!! The office was so friendly and knowledgable! They explaoned the entire process in terms we could understand. They really cared about what our needs were. They weren't just trying to push a sale! They wanted to make sure the townhome would fit OUR needs! The community raves about these ladies, we asked around to the neighbors.
