Maintenance needs to actually fix problems rather than giving patch work and hoping things stay good for a bit. Slapping tape over a leak isn't a solution.

Absolutely love living here. Close to 3 major highways and right off Barry rd, but still quiet and tucked away in the woods. Plenty of deer to watch, the porches and views are spacious and beautiful. The apartment is outdated but it's also charming, I am lucky enough to have a top floor and the skylight and tall ceilings are amazing- I am so lucky to live here. Gorgeous fireplace is an added bonus. Have only had minor issues for maintenance and they were there sometimes only 30 minutes after... reporting the issue to fix it! I just recently got the studio apartment. It's super spacious, has a Murphy bed (and the complex offers to buy a brand new box spring and mattress for you), has a huge fireplace, and gigantic mirror at the end of the hall. What I really like is that the bathroom sink is in a separate area than the toilet and bathtub. My patio is a really nice size and faces the woods. I went down to the office to let maintenance know that my A.C. wasn't working, and as soon as I had gotten back to my place, they... were knocking on the door to come fix it. There's also two separate pools, the adult pool and the kids pool. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is a little bit outdated and there are some weird cosmetic issues, but for my first place on my own, this place is absolutely perfect. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. 4 of my coworkers live here as well and they absolutely love it!
