Enjoyed Immensely!
I felt compelled to write a review for this complex as I saw negative reviews for Gillham Park Row both before we moved in as well as while we were tenants. I can't speak to these others' reviews, but I can speak to mine and my husband's. One thing to keep in mind is that we are older than the average renter in this area as we sold our house, expecting to move across country and only needed a short term lease. The management was very accomodating. Another challenge to us looking for a rental... after being home owners, is that we came with animals-a big dog and 3 cats. Again, UC-B was accumulating to our needs. We opted for a third floor unit with vaulted ceilings with the added perk of looking over Gillham Park. We never had an issue with pests, but we are fastidious about our home, especially since we have animals and tend to have a lot of get togethers. Any issues we had, when following the outlined procedure to get assistance, were promptly addressed and followed up by management. Daneil and Jason kept the common areas of the facilities very clean and well maintained. Tash always responded when asked a question or we had an inquiry. Ending our lease contract was painless as, again, we followed the procedure outlined in our lease agreement. Both my husband and I understand, that as older tenants and having more life experiences, you will have very few problems when you understand what is expected of you when entering into a binding contract-such as a lease. We were pleased with our experience back in midtown and our living quarters after being away from the area for several years.
