I had a very bad experience rent here. The management team was very difficult to work with. I could never get anyone on the phone, And If did I was treated poorly. Any time I had to ask to fix something it was a big ordeal.

The management is awful! Nothing will get done and phone calls not returned. Multiple cars broken into as well. They will try to charge you more money after you live out after the agreement. If you try to talk to them to understand and get info they will hang up on you and threaten you with a law suit.
Do not rent here. Will save you many head aches.

The management their is awful. I have lived there for 2.5 years. Under the old management was amazing. If you needed something fixed it was done right away and the staff was so pleasant. Now the new management is awful takes forever to get anything done. The main guy talks down to women when they come and ask. Tell them their questions are stupid then he lied to my face when I confronted him. Extremely unprofessional. RENTER BEWARE!!!!

Appliances completely outdated fridge was always broken they were always putting Band-Aids on it stove and oven would set off smoke detectors the appliances were way older than the year 2000 which is when this building was built so that tells you something right there (cutting corners) carpet was so old. And the kitchen is sized for ants. Oh and if you ever want to put A cereal box away in the few cabinets that are offered forget about it, it won’t fit. Other places with the same amenities… inside the apartment such as washer and dryer dishwasher AC garbage disposal are all offered at other places some in Kirkwood for less money and their updated!!! These apartments do not look like they’re from the 2000s put more from the late 70s to the 80s mainly the kitchens.

Loved everything else about it just wish they would update stuff and actually replace appliances when they’re broken instead of putting a temporary fix on them. Read More
