Horrible! Not recommended
This is a formal complaint regarding ongoing failures in parking availability, maintenance response, and office accessibility. These issues have persisted for over a year and are now unacceptable.
Parking is consistently unavailable after 7:30 p.m., forcing me to park off-site and arrange transportation back to my unit. At the same time, enforcement is selectively applied, with some units occupying multiple spaces. Being told to pay extra for a garage instead of addressing the lack of parking is... not a reasonable solution.
My unit currently has a non-functioning toilet that has been unusable for several days, creating severe odor and unlivable conditions. Despite being promised repairs, no action has been taken, and I have been given no clear timeline. This reflects an ongoing pattern of delayed and inadequate maintenance response.
Additionally, the office has repeatedly been closed during posted business hours. On May 1, I and several other residents waited with no staff present, despite posted hours indicating the office should be open. Meanwhile, residents are still subject to significant late fees even when unable to resolve issues due to staff absence.
These conditions raise serious concerns regarding habitability and management accountability.
