great management fast response

I’ve been here since this summer and have had a few things break or need something. Management has done so well to be quick and responsive.

Day before thanksgiving, at 9pm there was a main line clog or break and the apartment started leaking. Management was here within the hour and had water shut off. They spent the whole night cleaning and making sure my apartment was water free also.

I can’t express my gratitude enough to the management and maintenance team here.

Great Apartments

I moved here from out of state on a very last minute move. Angie was great to work with and truly helped my son and I start over in Lee's Summit. The apartment was in good shape and had the new carpet and flooring. Any service issue we had was handled very quickly and the maintenance guys were always helpful.
I never felt unsafe and felt like we had a home here. Had I not wanted something larger with a garage I would have stayed longer.
If you need a place, I recommend renting from… Summit Park East Plaza.

from house to apartment

Two weeks ago I moved from my dream house to this apartment complex. (Separation issue) I have now made this my home not just an apartment. As I settled in, I was shocked to realize how much storage there was. I rented a two bed room apartment. I have a king size bed in the master and twin beds in the smaller rooms. Closets are huge allowing room for all of my hanging clothes. There is a pantry and a linen closet. Both bathrooms have medicine cabinets which offers more storage. Extra… storage is also available on the lower level by the utility room as a bonus if needed. The hallways are kept clean. The parking spaces are extra wide. The building I am in is quiet and people have been friendly. At first glance, this may seem like an older complex, but it has more room and storage than other apartments.
