They damage your property and never have time for normal maintenance. They left a big sticker on my brothers brand new truck because he was parked there over New Years, visiting from 5 hours away.

Lived there for one year, at first it was nice, manger was good. Then after a few months realizes everything was breaking took weeks to fix, mold growing on every window seal. Then took serval attempts to reach the manger "took vacation" office is only open one day a week and she leaves early all the time. Moved Asap DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The apartments are quiet and everyone is very friendly. The landlord is awesome! She's interested in your life and cares about you. Wants you to communicate with her, if something is wrong. Which os very nice!
