Cozy, neat clean apartments - wonderful location. The pool and tennis courts are great benefits.

The maintenance team is responsive and competent.

Barb and Karen in the leasing office have also been great to work with during our three years in the complex.

My mother has called Autumn Oaks her home for years, and it has been a wonderful experience. We're very thankful to have found them. She is getting older, and the extra help and attention from office management, Barb and Karen, has been incredible. They are so professional, patient, supportive, and caring. We can't thank them enough for the ongoing support that they give our family. Truly exceptional. The apartment grounds are beautiful and clean. The pool is lovely during the summer. I lived here for 3 and 1/2 years. The apartments and grounds were well maintained, maintenance was responsive, and location was convenient. I would have happily given a 5 star review, but on move out I was charged $45 for a single cracked mini-blind slat (under $10 at the hardware store), and $120 for a supposedly damaged garbage disposal, despite it being fully functional the entire time I lived there.

Sadly not uncommon for apartment complexes, but it does feel pretty insulting to get… nickel-and-dimed after paying $$$$ on-time every month for years, and leaving the apartment in very good condition. It's a fine place to live, just assume you aren't getting your deposit back. Read More
